Visual-motor integration recources and activities
MAZES
Maze solving activities develop executive functioning skills and strengthen visual-motor integration and fine-motor hand and fingers movements control in children. Drawing through the maze without hitting the lines lead to greater control of a child’s grip and control of writing utensil.

When children solve mazes they search for various strategies and apply those which they find most promising in particular tasks.
Mazes also contribute to building patience and frustration tolerance in children.
